The Fall is by far my favorite season. Warm sweaters, blanket scarves and salted caramel mochas are only a few of the reasons why I love fall.

I celebrated the first weekend of fall by going apple picking with a group of friends. Long Island has so many beautiful orchards to choose from. As a first time apple picker finding the “best” apples was harder than I anticipated but I ended up with some delicious apples.

How do you spend fall weekends?

I truly cannot believe that I am a senior in college.

My final year at Hofstra has brought some exciting changes.

I am living off campus for the first time, (in a house) with 5 other girls. I am interning with a dance company doing dance administration while also taking 17 credits and squeezing in as much dancing as possible.

It has been a crazy busy start to the semester but I wouldn’t change it for anything.

Living off campus has been a bit of an adjustment. I have my own room (which is an absolute blessing). I am (reluctantly) learning how to cook my own food and attempting to eat a balanced diet. Although it’s taking some getting used to I really like living on my own.

Senior year is going to be a great year.

How is your school year going?

This year I attended the Rosenthal Tee fashion show at Pier 59 Studios in Chelsea. This was my first time attending a show in Chelsea. Chelsea is one of my favorite places in NYC. It’s close to the water, there is amazing food and great shopping.

It had a very different vibe that previous shows I’ve attended- different in a good way though.  This was also my first time attending fashion week alone. It was a bit nerve wracking but nevertheless an amazing experience.

The show featured so many cool pieces. Be sure to check out this brand!
